THE VILLAGE
The property is 5 minutes from the very centre of Chianni which is a typical country village. It is very visited by respectful tourists from May to October because, even if there are many villages in the country side, this one can offer a lot of services that the others can’t.
Chianni has 1457 inhabitants (2011) and lies 284 meters above sea level, overlooking the Valdera valley, in the western part of Tuscany, and within short driving distance to Pisa, San Gimignano, Volterra and the Mediterranean.

The village is not spoilt by tourism and offers well-preserved architecture dating back to the 12th century. There is a beautiful and well-attended church, winding streets, small squares and magnificent views of the Tuscan countryside.
