Ancient residence dating back to 1700 (the ancient vaults testify to its historical value), excellently restored, independent, set in one of the most beautiful villages of the Amalfi coast, with a splendid view from four terraces, on the small town of Atrani, on the sea and on the whole coast of the gulf of Salerno up to Punta Licosa. The house can be accessed in two ways, for those who love walking, from the square, near the splendid Church of San Salvatore Birecto, you go up the steps found in the alleys of the town, or from the Luna Rossa car park, by lift, and a short panoramic walk.
To the charm of the seaside village, which has remained intact over the centuries, is added the charm of the house which is spread over three floors: the main one, with the entrance hall, where there is a small bathroom for guests, communicating with the living room. living area with central balcony, terrace overlooking the entrance and overlooking the loggia. The living room is separated by two sliding doors from the dining / kitchen area and through a retractable door allows access to the master bedroom with dressing room and bathroom. From the entrance, go up to the upper floor with the terrace on two levels with the canopy, or go down to the lower floor with the sleeping area with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. On the main floor there are also the laundry room and a storage room behind a bookcase.

The house was artfully renovated in 2011 with quality materials such as cocciopesto floors, Vietri ceramics and stones.
